Is there any treatment to help reduce sweating in the underarms?

I've tried all sorts of deodorants and every day i use a roll on and a spray anti persperant but i still get sweat patches. I'm not over weight, i'm 8 stone but i sweat easily. If i just walk up the highstreet i get sweat patches! its so frustrating ...
