They use them when wearing expensive dresses, gowns, silk shirts as such when they are going to be under bright lights, in stressful situations (their wedding)...you get the picture. I have no idea where they buy them but I would start by speak with someone at the pharmacy where you get you Adderall RX and ask if they carry them...of they know a place that does.
