Besides a very powerful antiperspirant, you can try a natural home remedy that's suppose to be used for underarm sweating but you can use if for pretty much any kind of body sweat. I had all the ingredients at home and it seemed to work right away. I just used it in the morning and that pretty much took care of any excessive sweating I may of had. You may want to give it a try http://homeremediesforcuring.com/underarm-sweating

Just follow the instructional video and make sure you follow the procedure.

Good luck, I hope that helps :)
References :
you don't really want to stop sweating because its your body's way of cooling down & letting out toxins out of your body through the skin. exercising more will let your body get used to the heat, because your body will have to reach a new level of heat in order for you to sweat.

a couple tips though would be to stop eating fat/fast foods, they are loaded with crap (sodium aka salt) that will cause you to sweat. start drinking more water also, it helps drain out all the sodium & i usually drink water after i do an intense workout/cardio and i cool down & usually i stop sweating a little. if you are a little overweight then your bodies telling you something, do more exercise.

good luck :)
