Why are my hands sweating most of the time?

They sweat often. Even when I hold the remote to the t.v. they sweat and when I hold my girlfriends hand they sweat. Its gross. I want to stop for her. How can I stop this? Serious answers only please.

i used to have this too… i dont know why but my mom always used to say because i play too much vieo games (the controller) so try not to grip things(and dont make a fist) for some reason mine went away randomly and never came back

    some people do sweat guite a bit it could be stress
