Its always difficult for me to write since the paper im writing gets wet. So i have to bring handkerchief with me all the time.
Do u know any treatment for this pls:( any OTC drugs u know or home treatments.. I badly need help. When i wear stilleto heels, sometimes my feet perspires that its hard to walk without worrying if i might slip. 
You may have hyperhydrosis, it is actually more common than you think, talk to your regular doctor, there is a form of treatment, I can’t recall the name of it, but there is certainly hope for you.

Yes, see your doctor about this!!! They can do something with the sweat glands. I knew someone who had her glands removed from under her arm pits.

I once saw a documentary on television some years ago about a girl with a similar condition. The doctors removed a little ‘worm-like’ appendage from her spine and that resolved the problem. I vaguely remember that it is a minor operation since it’s so near the surface of the skin. Perhaps it is that you need to cure it.
