How can I stop sweating so much under my arms while I am on my adderall?
July 24th, 2010I am on adderall xr 30 mgs. One of the side effects of adderall is a lot of sweating. No matter what kind of deoderant I use, I still seem to sweat from my arm pits like crazy. It is very embarrassing in social gatherings and not to mention it’s very uncomfertable. Does any one else have this problem and if so, what do you do to stop the arm pit sweat?
I vaguely recall that they make absorbent pads for women (typically) that fit under the arm. They use them when wearing expensive dresses, gowns, silk shirts as such when they are going to be under bright lights, in stressful situations (their wedding)…you get the picture.
I have no idea where they buy them but I would start by speak with someone at the pharmacy where you get you Adderall RX and ask if they carry them…of they know a place that does. Odd….I know, but you might want to give it a try.

I could jog across a gym slowly and will still have sweat on my face, and back (my underarms sweat more when I am doing nothing). i have the same problem, your probably anxious, i didnt hink i was but when i asked my doctor about it thats what he said. haha, try certain dri or dry idea (certain dri you put on at night and it will prevent you from swaetin like that the next day or two, but it makes you itch a lil bit) dry idea is a deoderant that normaly helps me not sweat like a pig. good luck! and you can find both at the krogers or walmarts

April 17th, 2010At school I am in a school production, but the problem is i sweat really really badly, mostly uder my arms. Even when im cold, i sweat. The big play is soon coming up and when i lift up my arms in the dances i don’t want anyone to see any sweat patches under the lights. How can i stop sweating as much? The doctor said I will grow out of it in time but if i have sweat patches when I am performing I will just die of embarrassment.
